Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced 3D Animator to create captivating animations that bring educational content to life. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for animation and storytelling, with the ability to design age-appropriate and engaging 3D visuals for young learners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create high-quality 3D animations that enhance digital educational content and capture the attention of young audiences.
- Collaborate with instructional designers, multimedia teams, and subject matter experts to ensure animations align with learning objectives.
- Develop storyboards, animatics, and prototypes to visualize animation concepts.
- Model, rig, and animate 3D characters, environments, and props for educational projects.
- Optimize animations for various platforms, including mobile devices and web applications.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and technologies in 3D animation to continuously improve quality and innovation.
- Ensure all animations adhere to brand and project guidelines.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Animation, Visual Arts, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in 3D animation, preferably in the education or entertainment sector.
- Proficiency in 3D animation software such as Blender, Maya, Cinema 4D, or 3ds Max.
- Strong portfolio showcasing 3D animation projects, particularly those aimed at children or educational purposes.
- Experience in character rigging, texturing, and lighting.
- Excellent storytelling and visual communication skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
