Job Description
What’s On Your Plate?
Data Analysis:
Collecting, cleaning, analyzing data, and creating visual reports and dashboards.
Auditing:
Monitoring, investigating, and reporting suspicious behavior internally.
Process Improvement:
Detecting gaps and areas of improvement in SOPs and working on enhancing it with the stakeholders.
Fraud Investigating & Prevention:
Investigating and monitoring fraud behavior externally “customers”, reporting new patterns, and working closely with the DH Global Fraud team and Regional Fraud team to create prevention rules. In addition to design advanced dashboards and reports for all types of fraud to be checked daily.
Handling Fraud Cases:
Authorized by DH Global Fraud team to handle customer fraud complaints and take the needed action (Refund/block).
Handling C-level & Upper Management Investigations and Escalations
Investigating and finding root causes and reporting them to the stakeholders.
Handling Bank Disputes/Claims:
Handling Consumer Protection Complaints
Refreshment & Briefing Sessions:
Monitoring knowledge gaps in OSU and holding refreshment & briefing sessions accordingly. In addition to creating monthly refreshment quizzes, also track the updates and follow up with the training team to be added to KB.
Financial Reports:
Sending bi-weekly reports for Incomplete and double deduction orders to Finance teams to be refunded. In addition to other finance-related tasks.
What Did We Order?
Strong analytical skills.
Proficiency in data analytics tools such as Looker, Tableau, New Relic, and Data Studio, along with Excel and Google Sheets.
Familiarity with Google Docs and general office software.
Experience with financial platforms including Checkout, Adyen, Pay Fort, Benefit, and Knet.
Content creation experience, particularly in developing Knowledge Bases on Google Sites.
Skills in investigation, auditing, and monitoring.
Ability to train others and deliver presentations effectively.
Advanced problem-solving abilities.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
Strong writing skills with a background in copywriting.
