About the role
As an Account Manager, you will be part of our ambitious Quantitative Research team, managing clients across a variety of industries and research domains. As a key interface between the organization and our clients, the role includes client engagement, consultancy, study design and analysis, overseeing presentations and reports as well as managing a small team of Research Executives.
This is Cairo-based regional client servicing role where you will be empowered and accountable for successful delivery of client projects.

- Organisational management & external promotion
The skills & experience you’ll need:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Marketing, Psychology, or Business Administration or any relevant degree;
- Minimum of 4 years of experience managing high volume qualitative research studies, interfacing with clients to proactively deliver on agreed KPIs; including people management experience;
- Experience with brand equity studies, segmentation, U&As, concept/product testing as well as consumer profiling.
