About the Role:
We're looking for a results-driven Ads Manager to join our growing team at Yas! Marketing. You will be responsible for managing paid ad campaigns across Meta, Google, and other digital platforms for multiple clients. You’ll also handle setting up ad accounts, tracking performance, optimizing budgets, and reporting results.
Responsibilities:
- Set up and manage ad accounts (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) for various clients
- Plan, launch, and optimize paid ad campaigns
- Monitor daily performance and make data-driven adjustments
- Track ROI and maintain reporting dashboards
- Collaborate with the creative team to guide ad content and formats
- Advise on and manage monthly ad budgets for each client
- Ensure all campaigns align with client goals and brand tone
Requirements:
- Proven experience in managing paid ad campaigns
- Strong understanding of digital advertising platforms
- Analytical mindset with attention to performance metrics
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts at once
- Excellent communication and reporting skills
- Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, TikTok Ads Manager, and more
Nice to Have:
- Experience with lead generation campaigns
- Creative eye for identifying winning ad creatives
- Experience working with small-to-medium business clients
