· Develop a 360-marketing campaign tool kit (ATL & BTL).
· Conduct detailed market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and opportunities for brand growth. Use data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
· Work closely with internal teams such as R&D, factory, legal, finance, sales, and supply chain to ensure detailed execution of brand initiatives and alignment with business objectives.
· Liaise with external agencies to develop assets and campaigns that effectively communicate brand messages with target audience.
· Monitor and analyse the performance of innovations & campaigns.
Requirements
· 2-4 years of overall experience in marketing with 1 year of experience as an Assistant Brand Manager..The Cosmetics or FMCG industry is a highly preferred
· Experience with Digital brand marketing is a positive.
· Strong skills in data analysis, working with numbers, and insights.
· Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with attention to detail.
· Technical skills Experience in Microsoft excel (data analysis & pivot tables, reporting) and Microsoft PowerPoint (presentations, storytelling & visualization).
