- Supervising Agile OKRs, RCSA monitoring, weekly ONR preparation, monthly Retail Ops Meeting attendance.
- Working to enhance daily system processing (CRM, EOMS, etc.).
- Handling discrepancies with branches.
- Handling deferral cases.
- Approving/removing status providers.
- Ensuring compliance with CBE regulations and Mashreq Bank policies.
- Controlling CAM activities to ensure compliance and customer satisfaction.
- Independently processing critical account maintenance functions.
- Coordinating with sales, branches, and HO product teams.
- Developing and reviewing systems and procedures.
Capturing and reviewing daily reports, statistics, and MIS.
- Graduate with 8 years of banking experience in centralized operations.
- Comprehensive knowledge of banking activities and online banking products/services.
- Familiarity with bank policies, procedures, local/international rules, and best practices.
- Proficiency in operating systems, financial/non-financial systems, internet banking, SWIFT, etc.
- Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, communication, analytical, leadership, and planning skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple customer inquiries and tasks simultaneously.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, CRM tools, and other digital tools. university graduate.
