We are looking for a passionate and driven B2B Specialist / Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for generating leads, building strong relationships with schools, and driving business growth through opening and closing deals. The ideal candidate will have solid experience in the education industry, especially with national and international schools.
Responsibilities:
- Identify, generate, and qualify new business leads within the education sector.
- Conduct regular school visits to present our services and solutions.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with school management and decision-makers.
- Negotiate and close business deals to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new opportunities.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, pipeline, and client interactions.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, experience in education industry is a must.
- Proven track record of successful lead generation and deal closing.
- Strong network and relationships with schools (national & international).
- Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional, persuasive, and relationship-driven personality.
