Job Description:
INNOVEX AGENCY is hiring a remote Brand Strategist to join our growing strategy team. This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes branding, can extract insights from research, and translate them into strategic brand directions across industries like fashion, perfumes, real estate, and lifestyle.
As a Brand Strategist, you'll work closely with our creative and marketing departments to build unique brand platforms and guide projects from a strategic foundation—without needing to be physically in the office.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct brand research and client discovery sessions to uncover key insights.
- Develop brand positioning, mission, vision, tone of voice, and value propositions.
- Create and present brand strategy decks to internal teams and clients.
- Collaborate with designers and content creators to ensure brand alignment.
- Write clear, concise strategy briefs to guide creative teams.
- Monitor consistency in brand application across all platforms and touchpoints.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, audience behaviors, and competitor movements.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in brand strategy or related roles.
- Strong research, analytical, and storytelling skills.
- Ability to think strategically and communicate creatively.
- Experience working remotely with cross-functional teams.
- Background in branding agencies, creative studios, or marketing firms.
- Excellent English communication skills (Arabic is a plus).
Nice to Have:
- Experience in lifestyle, luxury, or GCC-based markets.
- Familiarity with tools like Notion, Miro, Figma, or Adobe XD for collaborative work.
