Role Purpose:
The role holder is responsible for the following:
- Managing all Design activities full scope (Civil, Electromechanical) for VF-EG buildings, Datacentres, MTX's. Ensuring same design concept & same Electromechanical specifications for all new premises.
- Managing the new construction of the Capital projects including VF new switches, Data centres buildings.
- Managing the construction works for the business expansions\extensions in all existing MTX's.
- Operation and Maintenance of all Vodafone Egypt MTX’s, Data Centers & Technical Areas.
- Manage Energy Saving Initiatives & implementation across all VF-technical areas. Ensuring that department KPI's aligned with group strategy.
- Lead, coach and develop a team of engineers, technicians and contractors to fulfil the assigned responsibilities.
What you’ll do
- Construction/Enhancement/Expansion, Manage VFE Construction, enhancements & expansion end to end services including EM, Civil, consultants, contractors to achieve all construction projects within the approved budget and time.
Supporting VFE growth in technology activities (MTX’s & Data centres).
- Providing innovative business solutions and end-to-end ownerships. Introduce new technologies to support business continuity. Liaise with VF group for best practice in new strategic initiatives.
- Manage the relationship with Group, liaise with Vodafone Group for best practices in business, new strategic initiatives, projects, and implementing group guidelines and KPIs of new Energy Saving initiatives.
- Vendor Management, manage all suppliers, Contractors & Consultants working with Engineering team (more than 50 companies) in terms of technical specifications, delivery, installations according to the agreed quality & delivery time.
Customer Engagement, provide end to end solution for Technology teams starting from design, tendering, implementation. Ensure customer satisfactions level of the delivered services.

Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Engineering, Planning and Project management Experience.
- Strong knowledge of preventive, corrective and proactive maintenance procedure.
- PC Knowledge: MS Office, AutoCAD, MS project & Design programmes.
- Contract , budget management& value engineering experience.
