Key Responsibilities:
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
- Manage financial reporting, tax compliance, audits, and regulatory filings.
- Develop strategies to ensure financial health, profitability, and risk management.
- Optimize cash flow, capital structure, and funding strategies.
- Drive cost reduction, process automation, and financial system improvements.
- Partner with the CEO on strategic decisions, mergers, acquisitions, and expansions.
- Liaise with investors, banks, auditors, and regulatory bodies.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics (MBA preferred).
- Minimum 15–20 years of progressive financial leadership experience, with at least 5 years in a CFO or equivalent executive role in the retail or financial sector.
- Proven track record in financial strategy, capital management, and risk control.
- Strong leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
