Assist in the execution of advertising campaigns across various media ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
Assist in the promotional activities including sponsorships, activations, and digital initiatives to enhance brand visibility
Coordinate the procurement, preparation, and distribution of employee branded kits and customer giveaways.
Coordinate with HR to develop and implement internal programs that communicate the organization's image, mission, and vision.
Ensure consistent communication of EGBANK’s brand positioning to internal and external stakeholders
Assist the editorial direction, design, production, and distribution of internal communication materials and publications.
Contribute to establishing performance metrics for internal communication and engagement initiatives.
Assist in the execution of employee engagement programs—including workshops, internal campaigns, and training—aligned with brand identity and values.
Coordinate and contribute to creative employee events and experiences that promote motivation, satisfaction, and participation.
Conduct market research initiatives, including monitoring and handling EGBANK’s brand health trackers.
Assist in the execution of CSR initiatives aligned with EGBANK’s strategy, particularly those supporting youth and entrepreneurship in cooperation with relevant NGOs.
QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
Qualifications and Experience:
Bachelor degree in mass communication or –related felid, certifications in Marketing, Advertising, and Communications are to be considered as an asset.
For the Officer : 0-2 years of experience, preferred exposure in Advertising Communications.
Senior Officer : 3:5
