Job Title: Bilingual Customer Service Representative (English & Italian)
Location: Remote
Working Hours: 9 AM - 6 PM Italy Time, Monday to Friday(10 AM - 7 PM Egypt Time, Monday to Friday)

Callnovo is seeking a motivated and skilled Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our team. If you are fluent in both English and Italian and have a passion for delivering excellent customer service, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Promptly answer service hotline calls and handle any missed calls.
- Respond to emails and online chat inquiries in a timely manner, addressing customer questions efficiently.
- Accurately record customer feedback, consistently follow up on customer issues, and assist in problem-solving with a positive attitude.
- Register and review information data.
- Complete other tasks assigned by the supervisor.
Qualifications:
- Familiarity with e-commerce after-sales service.
- Fluent in English speaking.
- Strong customer service abilities.
- More than 2 years of customer service experience.
- Strong learning ability, communication skills, and stability.
