As a Customer Service Intern, you will assist with various customer-facing functions, including handling inquiries, supporting students and parents, and ensuring a seamless experience for all our users. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates looking to build their communication and service skills in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities
•Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat support in a timely and professional manner.
•Assist customers with onboarding, registration.
•Resolve technical issues related to our e-learning platform.
•Communicate with parents about the progress of their students.
•Collaborate with the other departments to improve customer service.
•Document and track customer interactions and report any issues to the appropriate teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field is a must.
- Strong desire to learn and develop skills in customer service
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer skills; knowledge of CRM tools is a plus
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
