a DevOps Technical Lead to join our team at VOIS, taking on a leading role in a fast-paced environment. This individual will work as a Technical Lead and serve as a mentor to a team of DevOps engineers, fostering collaboration and high performance.
What you’ll do

- Develop and maintain pipeline configurations.
- Create and optimize efficient and user-friendly workflows/pipelines for software developers.
- Build code delivery pipelines that includes code quality and security and automate everything that can be done around software delivery.
- Add robust monitoring, alerting and logging.
- Help project teams build applications that are reliable and meet performance metrics
- Measure and track performance for the development team (code churn, coverage , deployment size , pull request size, deployment frequencies , etc..)
- Bring a software engineering mindset to infrastructure creation and management, while applying the best operational views to ensure security, scalability and compliance
- Develop policies, standards, guidelines, governance and related guidance for both CI/CD operations and for work of developers.
- On-board, train and support developers from source control, through build automation, merge resolution, CI, test automation, deployment based on tools usage and policies, standards.
- Enable DevOps by moving code from Dev/ Test to Staging and Production. Troubleshoot issues along the CI/CD pipeline.
- Automate manual tasks and ensure maintainability and convenience for the entire software development cycle.
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science,Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
- 5 years & up to 10 years in DevOps is a must
- 1 year as a Lead and mentor a team of DevOps engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
- Experience with Docker, Kubernetes and Helm and Hands-on experience with Istio.
- Strong familiarity with Jenkins and GitHub Actions for automating workflows and CI/CD processes.
