- Improve and upgrade IT environment for the user for more efficient performance.
- Troubleshoot and provide first support for network problems.
- Configure and install network printers and troubleshoot their problems.
- Install new software and upgrade PC hardware when needed.
- Troubleshoot and handle hardware, software and PC's problems.
- Know the problem that related to software or hardware and troubleshoot to solve it for any user and create the IT environment for the user just joining the company.
Requirements
- +5 Years of Experience in IT Helpdesk
- Bachelor's degree in engineering, computer science or equivalent
- CCNA preferred Experience
- Microsoft \ VMware \ Red hat certificates
- CompTIA A+ Certification
- CompTIA Network+ (N+) Certification
