Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and experienced Team Leader to join our back-office English call center team. The ideal candidate will have proven leadership experience in a similar environment and the ability to guide a team toward achieving operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and support a team of customer service representatives in a back-office setting
Monitor performance metrics and ensure KPIs are met
Provide regular coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations
Handle escalations and ensure issues are resolved promptly and professionally
Collaborate with management to improve processes and ensure quality service
Requirements:
Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience as a Team Leader in an English call center
English level: B2 or higher
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
Readiness to start immediately is highly preferable
Work location: On-site in Abbasia
