Role Description/ Purpose
Technical Business analyst working in a team of analysts on digital asset delivery.

Requirements gathering, backlog population, business case creation, workshops, business requirements documentation etc.
Key Skills Required

It outlines the flow of activities, resources, and information.Must Have Intermediate Gained certification or relevant training in this skill and applied the skill in more than 1 project that is aligned with the relevant experience areas (i.e Has evidenced experience in using tooling to capture and visualise business processes)
Business Process Improvement Business process improvement involves the business practice of identifying, analyzing and improving existing business processes to optimize performance, meet best practice standards or simply improve quality and the user experience for customers and end-users. Must Have Intermediate Gained certification or relevant training in this skill and applied the skill in more than 1 project that is aligned with the relevant experience areas (i.e Has evidenced experience in the production of future state processes)

Relevant Experience Areas
4+ years of relevant work experience in Business Analysis
Particular industries, domains or technologies that the person should be familiar with
Experience working with project teams building software assets in a technical business analyst capacity, gathering requirements, populating backlogs with well formed information, a good understanding of creating business cases, using process mapping tools, and producing high quality documentation.
Training/ Qualifications Required
Any certifications, educational background or mandatory training
Ideally BCS Diploma in Business Analysis, Workshop facilitation & ideation, Benefits analysis & definition, BCS or APMG Agile BA certification
Preferred Communication Skills
Expectations for internal or client engagement levels and of English proficiency
Multiple, virtual meetings, written, high level of english proficiency
