1. To prepare and implement all production & maintenance short and long terms plans
2. To approve and follow up raw & packing materials
3. To properly manage staff, equipment and material as to ensure efficient operation
4. To ensure that the daily production is in accordance with specifications, quality and quantity planned
5. To ensure proper staff and material allocation (loading) for work operations, machinery and equipment
6. To improve productivity, efficiency and reduce operation cost.
7. To ensure the expenditure is within the approved budget
8. Preparing job descriptions and working programs for subordinates and follow up systems
9. To develop regular and timely reporting tradition for submission to the Manufacturing Manager
10. To perform any other duties required by the Manufacturing Manager.
Requirements
* BSc in Engineering (Mechanic /Electric).* Minimum 4-5 years’ experience in related fields and positions.
* Excellent knowledge of Computer skills.
* Excellent knowledge of GM.
* Excellent knowledge QMS.
* Production Management Systems.
