As a Senior Field Service Engineer here at Honeywell, you will have the opportunity to provide advanced technical support and expertise to our customers. You will report directly to our Field Service Engineering Manager and you'll work out of our
location on a
work schedule.
In this role, you will have a significant impact on the efficiency, productivity, and safety of our customers' operations by providing exceptional technical support and service.

- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues for our customers
- Lead and execute field service projects, ensuring successful implementation and customer satisfaction
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement solutions for customer needs
- Conduct training sessions for field service technicians and customers
- Stay updated with industry trends and advancements, and provide recommendations for improvement
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues for customers
- Conduct equipment installations, repairs, and maintenance
- Provide technical support and expertise to customers in the field
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in field service engineering or related roles
- Demonstrated leadership experience, with the ability to effectively manage and develop a team
- Strong technical background in engineering, preferably in [specific field]
- Proven track record of driving customer satisfaction and achieving business targets
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels
- Strategic mindset and ability to make data-driven decisions
- Honeywell EBI, DVM , Access control , BMS, Fire , CCTV solid knowledge . Financial Acumen .
