· Consolidate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
· Coordinate closely with FP&A team for budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
· Ensure effective internal controls, accounting policies, and audit readiness
· Monitor cash flow, working capital, and intercompany transactions
· Liaise with external auditors, tax advisors, and regulatory bodies
· Supervise accounting team leaders and support professional development
· Collaborate with IT and ERP support teams to optimize system workflows
· Ensure timely close cycles and adherence to group reporting deadlines
Requirements
· 8–12 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance· At least 3–5 years in a finance leadership role
· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
· CPA, CMA, or equivalent professional certification preferred
· Strong technical knowledge of IFRS and tax regulations
· Advanced Excel and ERP experience (Microsoft Business Central preferred)
· Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
