ERP Project Leadership:
- Lead end-to-end ERP finance implementations (minimum 3 full-cycle transformations).
- Design and optimize finance modules (GL, AP, AR, Asset Mgmt., etc.) to align with business goals.
Techno-Functional Balance:
- Dive into technical details to resolve complex business challenges while maintaining a strategic view of finance automation roadmaps.
- Bridge gaps between business stakeholders and technical teams.
Team & Stakeholder Management:
- Lead and mentor diverse teams across cultures and personalities.
- Collaborate with C-level executives to align ERP solutions with organizational vision.
Travel & On-Site Engagement:
- Frequent travel to KSA (average 2 weeks every 2 months) for stakeholder meetings, workshops, and project oversight.
EPM/Hyperion Knowledge (Preferred):
- Familiarity with Oracle EPM (Hyperion) for budgeting, planning, and consolidation is a strong plus.
- 10+ years of hands-on ERP finance experience (Oracle, SAP, or equivalent).
- Proven success in large-scale finance transformations (3+ full cycles).
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing multicultural teams.
- Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions and vice versa.
- Candidates with Oracle EPM (Hyperion) expertise will be prioritized.
- Readiness for frequent travel to KSA.
- Lead high-impact finance automation initiatives in a dynamic environment.
- Work with a collaborative, global team driving digital transformation.
