Sales Agent High-Level Role:
The sales agent will facilitate the onboarding process for customers by collecting and verifying Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, which may include identification, proof of address, and other relevant information. Additionally, the agent will address any inquiries or concerns that customers may have throughout this process, ensuring that they receive the necessary support and guidance to navigate their onboarding experience smoothly.
You will be responsible for:
Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers.
Collect and verify Know Your Customer (KYC) documents, including identification and proof of address.
Address customer inquiries and concerns throughout the onboarding process.
Provide necessary support and guidance to customers to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Maintain accurate records of customer information and documentation.
Collaborate with other team members to streamline the onboarding process.
Stay updated on regulatory requirements and compliance related to KYC procedures.
Assist in troubleshooting issues that may arise during the onboarding process.
Ensure a high level of customer service and satisfaction throughout the onboarding experience.
You are an ideal candidate if you have:
Fresh Graduates.
Undergraduate last year.
Maximum age 26.
Proficiency in both Arabic and English.
Experience in dealing with customers face-to-face.
Experience in dealing with Google suits is a plus.
Experience in FinTech customer onboarding is a plus.
