What you’ll do
- Work on achieving Net adds, Voice points, solution and accounts targets.
- Managing and distribution Sales according to Territory to maximize opportunities and capture market share as to increase sales YOY.
- Manage Stake holder “Marketing /Activation /any at assigned Task or Project & Spotting and encouraging innovative ideas at teams.
- Minimizing and resolving complaints while train 93% Quality sales M3, 85 M6 and max 7% no network
- Training and developing teams to represent and drive Vodafone Digital #1 strategy
- #1 NPS with our #1 acquisitions experience on individual account basis
Who you are
- Sales Experience 3-5 Years.
- Flexibile to work in different Regions.
- Excellent sales skills & Problem solving.
- Reporting, Time management, and presentation skills.
- Leadership, Negotiation and communication skills.
- Full awareness about retail structure and related functions
- Results oriented and organized.
- Fluent spoken & written English language.
