CCDS is seeking an experienced GRC Consultant to join our innovative team. This role involves providing expert guidance in the development and implementation of robust governance, risk management, and compliance (GRC) frameworks for our clients. As a GRC Consultant, you will conduct thorough assessments to identify risks, establish compliance protocols, and enhance the overall governance posture of various organizations. This position will allow you to leverage your knowledge of industry standards and regulations while working closely with clients to ensure their businesses are fully compliant and well-managed.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive GRC assessments to evaluate clients' risk management and compliance programs.
- Develop and recommend customized GRC strategies and frameworks that align with industry best practices.
- Collaborate with clients to implement risk mitigation solutions and compliance initiatives.
- Create and maintain GRC-related documentation, including policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Facilitate training sessions and workshops to educate client staff on GRC principles and practices.
- Monitor regulatory changes and emerging risks to make proactive recommendations to clients.
- Provide ongoing support and advisory services to ensure continuous improvement in GRC performance.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 4 years of experience in governance, risk management, and compliance consultancy.
- Strong knowledge of GRC frameworks, industry standards, and regulatory requirements specially in Saudi Arabia.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience in conducting risk assessments and developing compliance programs.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with clients and team members.
- Relevant certifications such as CISA, CRISC, or similar are preferred.
- Willingness to travel for client engagements as required.
