Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic plans for a portfolio of pharmaceutical products.
- Lead, coach, and support a team of product managers to ensure high performance.
- Oversee product launches and go-to-market strategies in coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Monitor market trends and product performance to drive continuous improvement and growth.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences.
- 10+ Years of progressive marketing experience.
- People management experience is a must.
- Marketing certification is preferred.
