Role Overview
Spacetoon Go is looking for a data-driven and execution-focused Growth Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic Growth team. In this role, you’ll be at the center of driving user acquisition, retention, and engagement across our digital ecosystem with a primary focus on CRM execution, performance marketing coordination, data analysis, and campaign optimization.
You’ll work cross-functionally with product, creative, content, and tech teams to bring growth initiatives to life and ensure every user interaction contributes to long-term business value.
Key Responsibilities
CRM & Lifecycle Marketing:
- Lead the execution of lifecycle journeys (Push, In-App, Email) across all key user segments.
- Manage the CRM calendar and ensure alignment with content, product, and marketing plans.
- Build and execute user segmentation strategies that drive engagement, retention, and reactivation.
- Ensure timely communication, delivery, and reporting of all CRM campaigns.
User Acquisition & Performance Marketing:
- Assist in executing paid campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, and Apple.
- Collaborate with creative and media teams to ensure seamless campaign launches.
- Monitor paid media performance and propose actionable optimizations to enhance CAC, CTR, and ROAS.
Data & Insights:
- Analyse campaign and user behaviour data to uncover trends and identify growth opportunities.
- Support the creation and maintenance of dashboards using tools like Mixpanel, Tableau, or Google Analytics.
- Contribute to regular reporting across KPIs such as CAC, retention, reactivation, and conversion rates.
A/B Testing & Optimization :
- Design and run A/B tests across channels to validate messaging and creative.
- Leverage test insights to support iterative improvement across the life-cycle and paid channels.
Retention & Engagement:
- Launch targeted initiatives to boost D7, D30 retention, reduce churn, and re-engage inactive users.
- Use personalization logic and user behavior to craft tailored offers and communications.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate closely with product, content, tech, and creative teams to ensure growth plans are executed effectively.
- Bring a strong ownership mindset to every project and help integrate growth efforts into broader company objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience in a CRM, performance marketing, or growth-related role.
- Strong grasp of CRM execution, segmentation logic, and life-cycle marketing best practices with hands-on experience with CRM platforms (e.g., CleverTap, MoEngage, Braze).
- Experience supporting or running digital campaigns on platforms like Meta, Google, TikTok, Snapchat, or Apple Search Ads.
- Familiarity with mobile attribution tools such as Adjust or Appsflyer.
- Solid data analysis skills, with the ability to turn insights into actions.
- Comfortable using dashboards and analytics tools (Mixpanel, GA, Tableau, etc.).
- Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills.
- Proactive, self-starter mindset with high attention to detail and ownership.
- Experience in fast-paced tech, streaming, or consumer environments is preferred.
