Role purpose:
As a GTM Acceleration Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of Vodafone’s indirect partner ecosystem through strategic go-to-market execution. This role is pivotal in accelerating market impact by enabling partners with the right tools, campaigns, and insights to generate pipeline, improve conversion, and deliver measurable ROI.
You will collaborate cross-functionally with Markets (OpCos), Product, Commercial, Marketing, Sales, and Partner Enablement teams to design and deliver integrated GTM and marketing programs that align with business priorities. Your focus will be on channel marketing & GTM execution, campaign performance, and partner engagement across key initiatives.
Key accountabilities and decision ownership:
• Lead the design and execution of GTM initiatives for indirect partners, focusing on partner readiness, enablement, and alignment with commercial objectives—while collaborating closely with OpCos and the marketing team on campaign assets and messaging.
• Develop and manage partner-facing programs that support pipeline generation, enablement and acceleration, ensuring alignment with sales targets and channel priorities.
• Support upskilling and enablement frameworks for indirect partners, including onboarding, product training, and readiness sessions tailored to GTM priorities.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders to ensure partner-facing communications, product readiness, and launch timelines are synchronized across functions.
• Define and track partner-specific KPIs to evaluate program effectiveness and ROI, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.
• Track ROI and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing and GTM push initiatives, ensuring data-driven decision-making and optimization.
• Serve as the primary GTM interface for indirect partners, ensuring they are equipped with the right tools, training, and support to drive performance.
• Ensure GTM execution is aligned with commercial goals, supporting successful product and proposition launches through partner channels.
Core competencies, knowledge and experience
• Proven experience in GTM, channel marketing, and partner enablement roles.
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Data-driven mindset with experience in campaign analytics and ROI reporting.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Familiarity with indirect sales models and partner ecosystems
Must have technical / professional qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; advanced degree is a plus.
• 4-6 years of relevant experience
• Experience in GTM, channel marketing, and partner enablement, ideally in telecom or B2B.
• Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience in campaign performance tracking and ROI analysis.
• Proficiency in marketing automation and CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo).
• Fluent english
