About The Role
We’re looking for a Head of FP&A who’s equal parts spreadsheet junkie and business storyteller. You’ll sit at the center of how Thndr operates — translating vision into numbers, and numbers into strategic decisions.
This isn’t a back-office finance role. You’ll partner closely with Product, Growth, and Operations to build a financial system that drives speed, discipline, and ambition across the company.

What You'll Do
- Own Thndr’s financial model — from high-level strategy to granular forecasts
- Work directly with the CEO and leadership team to drive financial clarity and planning
- Turn data into stories — creating dashboards, reports, and insights that guide decisions
- Run company-wide planning cycles (quarterly, annual) and track progress against goals
- Partner with Product, Growth, and Ops to model new initiatives and investments
- Evaluate pricing, unit economics, and customer acquisition metrics
- Build tools and processes that help us run more efficiently and scale smarter
What You'll Need
- 5+ years in FP&A, investment banking, consulting, or finance roles in tech/startups
- Proven modeling skills — and the ability to go beyond the model to drive real impact
- Ability to communicate financial insights to non-finance audiences clearly and simply
- Comfort operating in ambiguity, and owning outcomes end-to-end
- Deep understanding of startup growth levers, unit economics, and business drivers
- Sharp judgment, high ownership, and bias toward action
- Bonus: experience working in a high-growth environment or in emerging markets
