What is this role?
We are seeking an experienced and driven Head of Recruitment to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will bring at least years of strong recruitment expertise, with a proven track record in headhunting top-tier talent across various roles . This role requires strategic thinking, market insight, and the ability to manage the full recruitment cycle in a fast-paced, competitive environment.
Job Description
- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding, across multiple departments and levels.
- Proactively headhunt and build strong pipelines of high-caliber candidates using LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking.
- Understand the nuances of the UAE job market, including labor laws, Emiratization, and cultural dynamics.
- Partner with department heads and hiring managers to define job requirements, candidate profiles, and hiring timelines.
- Conduct competency-based interviews and evaluate candidates’ fit from both a technical and cultural perspective.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and best practices in recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Track and report key recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, source of hire, offer acceptance rate).
- Build and maintain a talent database and nurture relationships with passive candidates.
- Collaborate with HR team members to support employer branding initiatives and enhance candidate experience.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, with a strong focus on headhunting.
- Experience recruiting for various industries such as technology, finance, healthcare, or construction (depending on your company’s sector).
- Experience in Hiring within GCC market especially UAE.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build credibility with stakeholders.
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certifications in HR or recruitment (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, LinkedIn Recruiter Certification) are a plus.
- Fluent English is a must
