We are seeking a Head of Sales who can:
- Build a department from scratch — from hiring to reporting;
- Manage sales, people, and systems all at once;
- Work strategically and hands-on;
- Take full responsibility for results, not just processes.

Key Responsibilities
- Hiring and onboarding of Openers and Closers (up to 10 team members);
- Full setup of the sales department: scripts, CRM, pipeline, reporting;
- Daily team motivation and management;
- Tracking and improving team and individual KPIs;
- Running daily standups, pipeline reviews, and 1:1 feedback;
- Assisting with high-level deals and sales trainings;
- Maintaining reporting systems, CRM, and dashboards;
- Collaborating with recruitment, marketing, analytics, and leadership.
Compensation
- Fixed salary: $500/month
- + 10% commission from total team sales(realistic potential to reach $1,500–$2,500+ monthly)
- Flexible schedule with high involvement (6/1 possible, if aligned)
- Access to all training resources, support, and leadership mentorship
- Growth opportunities into senior management or C-level roles
- Relocation to Dubai
You’re a Fit If You:
- Have 1+ years experience building or leading a sales department
- Confidently use CRM tools, Excel, Google Sheets, etc.
- Speak and write English at B2+/C1 level or higher
- Combine empathy + structure — you can inspire and hold accountable
- Are hungry for growth, not just a title
