We are expanding! Join our dynamic team as an HR Administrator at our new branch in Luxor. This is a great opportunity for an organized, proactive individual fluent in English and passionate about human resources.
Key Responsibilities:

Support daily HR operations and ensure smooth administration of HR policies and procedures

Handle employee records, contracts, attendance, and leave tracking

Assist with recruitment processes including job postings, screening, and scheduling interviews

Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes

Maintain employee database and generate HR reports

Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies

Provide administrative support to the HR and management team
Primary Job Responsibilities
Requirements:

Location: Must be based in Luxor

Language: Fluent in English (spoken and written)

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

Minimum 1–2 years of relevant HR or administrative experience

Solid understanding of HR basics and local labor laws

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
