We are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to support our Egypt office. This role will act as the main HR contact for all local matters including recruitment. The HRBP will work closely with managers to support their teams and help drive business goals through effective people practices.
Job Responsibilities
- Act as the go-to HR contact for employees and managers in Egypt.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment: sourcing, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding.
- Support with employee contracts, renewals, and probation reviews.
- Advise managers on performance management, employee relations, and HR policies.
- Ensure compliance with Egypt labor laws.
- Maintain employee records and update HR systems.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.
- 5+ years of experience in HR, including recruitment.
- Solid understanding of Egypt labor laws.
- Fluent in Arabic and English.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
