Role Purpose:
To conduct internal investigations related to fraud, misconduct, policy violations, and unethical behavior across Vodafone Egypt operations. The role aims to safeguard Vodafone’s assets, reputation, and ensure alignment with internal policies, local regulations, and Vodafone Group standards.
What you’ll do
- Lead and manage internal investigations into employee misconduct, fraud, data privacy violations, and code of conduct breaches.
- Handle end-to-end investigation cycle: intake, planning, interviews, evidence collection, documentation, and final reporting.
- Coordinate with HR, Legal, Compliance, and Technology teams to ensure comprehensive investigation outcomes.
- Maintain a secure case management system with proper confidentiality and data protection protocols.
- Prepare investigation reports with clear findings, root causes, and recommended corrective actions.
- Support risk mitigation strategies and contribute to fraud trend analysis and early detection.
- Provide recommendations to close control gaps or update internal policies.
- Engage in awareness initiatives and internal training to foster a compliance culture.
- Ensure alignment with Vodafone’s global compliance and ethics standards and local laws.
Skills Required:
- 5+ years of experience in fraud/internal investigations, preferably in telecom, banking, or FMCG.
- Strong knowledge of telecom operations, customer care processes, and revenue assurance.
- Familiarity with digital forensics, interview techniques, and evidence handling.
- Excellent report writing and communication skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive cases with discretion and neutrality.
- Strong analytical thinking and root-cause analysis skills.
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and verbal).
- Professional certifications: CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner), CIA, or related.
- Prior experience using case management or fraud detection systems (e.g., Actimize, ACL, i2 Analyst Notebook).
- Knowledge of Egyptian labor laws, data privacy laws, and Vodafone Group policies.
