-Develop and implement strategies for operating and optimizing data centers and IT rooms across Egypt.
-Ensure the performance, security, and efficiency of all IT facilities in accordance with industry standards. -Plan and support upgrades, expansions, and capacity management for IT infrastructure.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
-3-5 years of experience. Expertise in designing layouts for server rooms, data centers, and IT facilities.
-Knowledge of space management, cooling systems, and airflow optimization. Familiarity with rack design, cable management, and power distribution.
-Experience with design software like AutoCAD or Visio for infrastructure layouts. Familiarity with monitoring tools (e.g., DCIM solutions like Schneider Electric EcoStruxure).
-Strong knowledge of IT infrastructure, project management, and compliance standards.
-Familiarity with data center standards, such as the Uptime Institute’s Tier Standards or similar frameworks.
-Experience in networking.
