Finance plays a key role in shaping this journey by providing the transparency and control needed to scale responsibly. For our new office in Cairo, we are looking for highly driven Financial Controllers who want to make a real impact in a fast-paced, purpose-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate financial data between business teams and internal/external accounting departments to ensure accurate books in line with local GAAP and internal controls.
- Assist in analyzing financial performance and identifying discrepancies to improve reporting accuracy.
- Support the development and automation of Excel- and SQL-based tools for cost allocation, management reporting, and tracking of leasing and loan portfolios.
- Collaborate with accounting teams to improve financial postings and maintain process documentation.
- Prepare training materials and assist finance and business stakeholders in using reporting tools effectively.
- Apply basic knowledge of accounting standards in day-to-day responsibilities.
Qualifikationen
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (top 10% academic performance preferred).
- 1–2 years of experience in Accounts Payable/Receivable or General Ledger Controlling.
- Strong proficiency in Excel (e.g., pivot tables, formulas); basic knowledge of SQL for data extraction.
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and eager to learn new tools and systems.
- Fluent in English, both written and verbal.
