PetroApp is seeking for a Key Account Manager (KAM), who will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-term relationships with a company's most important clients. This role goes beyond traditional sales, focusing on understanding the client's business needs (Upselling & Cross selling), identifying opportunities for growth, and ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty. The KAM acts as the primary point of contact, expanding business within existing accounts, and contributing significantly to the company's revenue and strategic goals.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients to understand their needs and business objectives.
  • Act as the main focal point between clients and internal teams including sales, product development, and customer support.
  • Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition and implementation of the product.
  • Monitor client usage and performance metrics, facilitating discussions to optimize product utilization and address any concerns.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional features or services based on client needs.
  • Prepare and deliver regular business reviews to clients, demonstrating value delivered and outlining future growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with the product team to relay customer feedback and help drive product enhancements.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor offerings to effectively communicate product value to clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in Account Management, preferably within the SaaS industry.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-centric mindset.
  • Ability to analyze data and use insights to drive customer engagement and satisfaction.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
