Provide daily legal support to the operations in Egypt.

Draft and review legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and official correspondence.

Assist in developing and refining internal management systems

Handle the application and maintenance of necessary business licenses.

Coordinate and liaise with local law firms on various legal matters.

Support the resolution of disputes in cooperation with local legal counsel.

Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Bachelor’s degree in Law from a recognized institution.

1-2 years of experience in a law firm or corporate legal department.

Proficiency in Arabic with excellent English communication skills

Strong understanding of local laws and regulatory frameworks.

Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
