Role Objectives:
As the Logistics District Manager, you will lead and oversee Food delivery operations within a designated zone, ensuring operational excellence, delivery agent (DA) performance, vendor satisfaction, and compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs). The role is pivotal in driving efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Supervise daily DA operations including attendance, shift coverage, and incident resolution.
Monitor and optimize order lifecycle metrics (e.g., delivery time, SLA adherence, handover delays).
Ensure DA readiness and professional conduct in line with company standards.
Manage vendor onboarding and coordinate with account management for smooth integration.
Track and report on KPIs such as Cost Per Order (CPO) and Delivery Time trends.
Lead cash collection compliance and minimize financial discrepancies.
Conduct field visits to assess vendor and partner service quality.
Collaborate with zone leads on demand planning and capacity forecasting.
Implement and enforce SOPs to ensure operational consistency and regulatory compliance.
Deliver weekly performance reports and insights.
Required Education, Knowledge, and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field.
3–5 years of experience in field logistics, last-mile delivery, or operations management.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data tools (Excel, Power BI, etc.).
Proven leadership and people management capabilities.
Excellent communication, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with zone-based operations and real-time logistics platforms.
