What extra ingredients you will bring:
• Assist in the operation, monitoring, and maintenance of utility systems, including chillers, Air Handling Units (AHUs), air compressors, and ammonia refrigeration systems.
• Support preventive maintenance activities to ensure efficient and reliable system performance.
• Conduct basic inspections and record operational data such as pressures, temperatures, and flow rates.
• Assist in troubleshooting and diagnosing equipment malfunctions and inefficiencies.
• Participate in the development and updating of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for utility systems.
• Support the implementation of energy efficiency initiatives and monitor system performance for optimization.
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations while working with utility systems.
• Work closely with senior technicians and engineers to learn industry standards and best practices.
