What you´ll do
- Prepare and update project status reports, ensuring timely and accurate tracking of milestones and deliverables.
- Track project activities using Azure DevOps, including backlog items, progress updates, and issue resolution.
- Monitor and report on the status of RICEF (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms) inventory and associated functional designs (FDs).
- Provide support for Signavio process documentation and maintain RACI matrices in collaboration with the Template Manager.
- Support scheduling and preparation of workshops, including logistics, agenda creation, and documentation (e.g., meeting minutes).
- Assist with administrative support and content management in SharePoint and Azure DevOps.
- Generate and consolidate time tracking reports for internal and external teams; support invoice verification processes.
- Coordinate time sheet approvals and contribute to financial forecasting using Chronos LBE (covering full project financials).
What makes you a good fit
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or related field.
- 2–5 years of experience supporting IT project management or PMO functions within large-scale, cross-functional IT initiatives.
- Proven experience in project tracking, reporting, and coordination in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery models.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Azure DevOps, SharePoint, Excel (pivot tables, dashboards) and PowerPoint
- Familiarity with SAP projects and tools like Chronos LBE and Signavio.
- Strong coordination, communication, attention to detail, and ability to translate technical details into stakeholder updates.
- Preferable Certificates: PMP, PRINCE2, CSM/SAFe, Azure Fundamentals, ITIL Foundation.
