- Manage medium to high level complexity projects or programs
- Coordinate project plans by monitoring schedules and ensuring quality in all deliveries
- Be the primary point of contact on the project with the customer
- Work with the Sales team to understand the services sold and the customer

- Lead your project team to successful completion of the project
- Ensure quality and performance measurements are met and provide feedback to

- Mentor newly hired PMs until they are ready to solo
Requirements
- Ability to communicate clearly and handle more than one project simultaneously
- Customer service skills and a customer-first approach
- Technical affinity
- Capability to manage and prioritize time and resources to meet project requirements
- Problem solving skills
- Risk mitigation and escalation management
- PMP certificate preferrable
- 5+ years of experience in Project Management
- Fluency in English and Italian
