Key Responsibilities:
- Support in the implementation and monitoring of QMS software solutions.
- Assist in configuration and daily operations of QMS tools to align with business needs.
- Ensure QMS processes comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards.
- Coordinate with Compliance, IT Governance, and ITSM teams to maintain adherence to standards.
- Prepare and update QMS dashboards and performance reports (KPIs, metrics, and analytics).
- Support change management activities during QMS adoption and provide user training when needed.
- Follow up with QMS software vendors regarding support issues and SLAs.
Requirements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 3–5 years of experience in QMS, quality assurance, compliance, or IT governance.
- Familiarity with QMS tools (e.g., MasterControl, ETQ, or similar).
- Basic knowledge of ISO standards, CMMI/TMMI frameworks, or ITIL practices.
- Preferably experience in the insurance sector.
Technical Skills:
- Knowledge of QMS platforms and performance monitoring tools.
- Experience with Power BI, JIRA, or similar reporting/monitoring tools.
- Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
- Ability to prepare policies, process documentation, and performance reports.

Preferred Certifications (nice to have):
- ISO 9001 Auditor/Implementer.
