Key Responsibilities:

  • Support in the implementation and monitoring of QMS software solutions.
  • Assist in configuration and daily operations of QMS tools to align with business needs.
  • Ensure QMS processes comply with organizational policies, regulatory requirements, and ISO standards.
  • Coordinate with Compliance, IT Governance, and ITSM teams to maintain adherence to standards.
  • Prepare and update QMS dashboards and performance reports (KPIs, metrics, and analytics).
  • Support change management activities during QMS adoption and provide user training when needed.
  • Follow up with QMS software vendors regarding support issues and SLAs.

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in QMS, quality assurance, compliance, or IT governance.
  • Familiarity with QMS tools (e.g., MasterControl, ETQ, or similar).
  • Basic knowledge of ISO standards, CMMI/TMMI frameworks, or ITIL practices.
  • Preferably experience in the insurance sector.

Technical Skills:

  • Knowledge of QMS platforms and performance monitoring tools.
  • Experience with Power BI, JIRA, or similar reporting/monitoring tools.
  • Understanding of SDLC and Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
  • Ability to prepare policies, process documentation, and performance reports.

Key Competencies:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and presentation abilities.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams.

Preferred Certifications (nice to have):

  • ISO 9001 Auditor/Implementer.
  • ITIL Foundation.
  • PMP/PRINCE2 (basic knowledge).
