Grand Technology is seeking a highly organised and motivated Receptionist / Admin Assistant to join our growing team. This full-time position will be based in El Sheikh Zayed ( Beverly Hills, West Square). The Receptionist / Admin Assistant will provide comprehensive administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our daily operations.
This role requires a proactive individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of managing multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
Responsibilities
Provide general administrative support, including but not limited to managing correspondence, scheduling meetings, and maintaining filing systems using Microsoft office.
Assist with arrangements, including booking flights, internal meetings within the organization.
Prepare and process general reports, including Top management reports.
Maintain office supplies and equipment.
Handle incoming and outgoing mail.
Support various departments with ad-hoc administrative tasks.
Manage and maintain databases and spreadsheets.
Assist with the preparation of presentations and reports.
Contribute to a positive and collaborative working environment.
Qualifications
Proven experience as an administrative assistant, receptionist, or in a similar role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Ability to multitask and priorities effectively.
Proactive approach and ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a team.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to maintain confidentiality.
