We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Recruiter to discover, attract, and secure the best talent in the market. In this role, you’ll partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their needs, craft compelling job stories, and manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from scouting hidden gems to sealing the deal with top-tier hires.
You’ll tap into job boards, social networks, and creative sourcing strategies to build pipelines of high-quality candidates. From crafting job ads to negotiating final offers, you’ll be the driving force behind finding and keeping our next wave of Rockstar talent.

Requirements
Strong background in end-to-end recruitment, from role briefings to successful hires, and adept at using ATS, job boards, and HR systems. Exceptional communicator with a client-focused, solution-oriented approach, skilled in complex negotiations, and driven by achieving results and delivering outcomes.
