Job Summary:
A Design Architect Engineer to join our dynamic team of architects and designers. He/ she will play a crucial role in the will be responsible for delivering high-quality architectural designs using advanced BIM methodologies and tools, particularly Autodesk Revit. The ideal candidate must possess strong design capabilities, coordination experience, design, and development of architectural projects. and will collaborate closely with our architectural and engineering teams to bring innovative and aesthetically pleasing designs to life.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage architectural design deliverables through all stages (concept, schematic, detailed design, and IFC).
- Produce high-quality BIM models and documentation in Autodesk Revit according to industry standards and BIM protocols.
- Lead BIM coordination with structural, MEP, and other disciplines to resolve design conflicts.
- Implement and maintain BIM drawings and ensure team compliance.
- Prepare and present conceptual and detailed architectural designs, 3D visualizations, and diagrams.
- Exhibit a resilient work ethic with attention to detail, design quality aesthetics & market trends
- Develop design detailed architectural drawings, plans, and 3D models using industry-standard design software and tools. Ensure designs meet building codes and regulations.
- Ensure that design concepts align with project objectives, architectural principles, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate on choosing materials, finishes, and colours that align with the project's design vision and budget constraints.
- Engage with clients to gather project requirements, address design-related queries, and incorporate client feedback into the design process.
- Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and technologies, and incorporate innovative design ideas into projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Expert in Autodesk Revit (Architecture) – modeling, families, annotations, and worksets.
- Familiarity with clash detection, model coordination, and LOD requirements.
- Proficiency in industry-standard design software, including AutoCAD, Revit.
- Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction methods.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities.
