Role Description:
§ Daily interaction and tight cooperation with the Sales team, providing “End to End” project & administrative support, working together to meet customer needs, new business opportunities.
§ Identify, monitor, and execute administrative sales activities based on Comparative advantage to support Sales team towards maximizing their Value.
§ Being Flexible to handle new Tasks and to adapt to business transformation.
§ Answer questions about products or the company
§ Ask questions to understand customer requirements
§ Enter and update customer information in the database
§ Publish social media content and manage the paid ads targeting plus measure their results.
§ Answer customer queries and Explain our activities and service in a friendly professional way through face to face, phone, email and social media.
§ COLD CALLING REQUIRED.
§ Making analytical reports required in the accord time.
Qualifications:
§ Good verbal and written English.
§ Fresh graduated
§ Bachelor’s degree in business, information system or another related field.
§ Tourism background is a plus
§ Good communication skills.
§ Highly self-motivated, career orientated team players with an energetic and enthusiastic approach to their work.
§ Very Good in analyzing data
§ Familiar with Microsoft Application (Excel, word, PowerPoint)
§ Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection
Working Conditions:
§ Working hours from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
§ Two days working off (Friday& Saturday)
§ Basic Salary plus attractive bounce
