We are looking for a dynamic and tech-savvy Sales & Pre-Sales Manager to join our digital agency. This role combines the ability to sell digital solutions (websites, mobile apps, CRM systems, etc.) with the ability to analyze client needs and prepare technical proposals. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, closing deals, and working closely with clients to translate their business needs into clear technical requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and build strong relationships with new and existing clients.
Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions.
Create and deliver compelling business and technical presentations.
Collaborate with the technical team to prepare accurate quotations and proposals.
Translate technical features into business benefits during the sales process.
Manage the full sales cycle – from initial contact to deal closure.
Participate in discovery meetings and contribute to solution architecture when needed.
Prepare documentation, scope of work, and basic solution designs.
Provide post-sale support during the project kick-off phase.
