* Drive new business development through proactive outreach, networking, and leveraging an existing client base.
Requirements
* Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in freight forwarding sales.* Demonstrated ability to bring an existing portfolio of clients/accounts.
* Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role is highly preferred.
* Strong understanding of international trade, customs regulations, and various freight forwarding modes (sea, air)
* Exceptional negotiation communication and presentation skills.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field is preferred
