Job Description:
A highly skilled and experienced SAP Senior S/4HANA FICO and Group Reporting Consultant to join our SDG Group team. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance modules, with a deep focus on Financial Accounting (FI) and Controlling (CO). You will be responsible for designing, implementing, and supporting SAP S/4HANA solutions, specifically in the areas of Group Reporting and consolidation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and participate in full lifecycle SAP S/4HANA Group Reporting implementation projects, including blueprinting, configuration, testing, and go-live support.
- Configure and customize SAP S/4HANA modules to meet specific business requirements.
- Implement and support SAP Group Reporting solutions, including data integration, consolidation, and reporting.
- Provide expert-level troubleshooting and resolution of issues related to SAP S/4HANA FICO and Group Reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Stay up to date with the latest SAP S/4HANA and Group Reporting trends and technologies.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA FICO and Group Reporting.
- Strong understanding of SAP S/4HANA Finance processes, including New GL, AP, AR, and Asset Accounting.
- Proven experience in implementing SAP Group Reporting solutions, including data integration, consolidation, and reporting.
- Excellent knowledge of SAP S/4HANA configuration tools and techniques.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
- SAP Group Reporting or CFA certification is a must
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud.
- Knowledge of industry-specific regulations and standards (e.g., IFRS, US GAAP).
