Join a fast-growing full-service digital marketing agency serving clients across North America and Europe. As they continue to grow, they are hiring a Senior Account Manager to take over daily operations, manage client relationships, and lead internal coordination.
This is a high-responsibility, on-site position in Dokki, Giza, and we’re only looking for top-tier professionals. If you’re fluent in English, detail-oriented, and have experience managing client accounts within a digital marketing agency, we want to hear from you.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Serve as the main point of contact for our clients. You’ll lead meetings, provide updates, resolve issues, and ensure all communication is clear, timely, and strategic.
- Manage the workflow between departments — paid media, SEO, content, and design — to keep deliverables on track and aligned with client goals.
- Oversee all aspects of client accounts, from onboarding to execution. Ensure timelines are met, expectations are managed, and standards are upheld.
- Review campaign deliverables, reports, and communications before they reach the client. You’ll be the last line of defense for accuracy, clarity, and professionalism.
- Participate in internal strategy sessions and provide meaningful feedback to guide campaign direction and improve client outcomes.
- Step in wherever needed to make sure no ball is dropped. This role is about ownership — you don’t pass problems off; you solve them.
Qualifications
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in a digital marketing agency — managing client accounts, campaigns, or team operations.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written), you’ll lead client calls and manage internal communications in English daily.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, including paid media, SEO, and content strategies. You don’t need to execute campaigns, but you must know how they work and how to speak the language.
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects, people, and deadlines simultaneously.
- Attention to detail, you catch mistakes before they happen and ensure everything sent out reflects well on the agency.
- Professional presence, calm under pressure, clear in communication, and confident in front of clients.

Working Hours
- 3 PM – 11 PM Cairo time, Monday to Friday (aligned with client availability in North America and Europe)
